the product is excellent but delivery should improve

I ordered 4 packs of 12ml Mogara attar from Raahi "Parfums" but received only one pack. It was meant for Diwali especially Bhaiduj gift. I was left stranded and couldn't gift it to my sisters on the day it was meant.
The best part was though, when I called up on the contact number, I got prompt response and apologies. He said it might have happened because of the Diwali rush and labour shortage and immediately accepted to send remaining 3 packs. I sent the images and bill on whatsapp as well as email. Th next day I got email as well as message of dispatch of remaining 3 packs. I was happy at last to receive my remaining 3 packs even though delayed by a week. Thank you for sincerity and support, but expectations are high when you are committing at national level and brand image is to be built.

The best so far

I have tried many expensive perfumes, all of them gave very alcohol or the smell changed significantly after a few hours, i gave this one last shot before i gave up on perfumes, this actually blew my mind, the smell is exactly the same as the flower, and it stayed that way for almost a day or two on me . I never got a compliment on the way i smell but this got me so many compliments, and the staff or the people working for this business were really kind and patient enough to answer my never ending questions . Best attar and experience with this brand so far .made me super happy .
